I can’t agree more! Pooping is very important, yet we never talk about it in society! Well, we sure talk about it in our family!

A normal stool makes you feel not only happy, but also healthy. You feel like you can breathe deeply again! You can eat again, go on with your life, have adventures, live! If you start your day with a bowel movement, you can tackle everything else that comes your way.

How can you possibly be productive if you’re constipated or have diarrhea? Either extreme is unhealthy & leaves you unable to do anything. In one you can barely move, nor eat (nothing else can fit in there), your digestion is not working properly & you are just not at your best! At the other extreme, there’s no way you’re going too far from the bathroom!

Plus, if you get sick, the first thing the doctors in the US do is look at your poop. It tells them tons about your gut bacteria, the state of your health. No, poop is vital!
