Oh yeah! Logging in food (when done honestly) is my best weapon right now. That & an occasional walk — it’s funny (but not ha ha funny) that exercise used to be my strength, but now lays buried deep under a lot of ego protection.
I like the idea of making it a game, a game of little challenges. That’s doable right now, & actually sounds exciting. Hmmm…
I had a little visual of my son jumping on my gut — Sammy is 17 & takes after me (both in built, though luckily not in height, & food choices). Last week he dyed his hair a flaming red & can now join pro wrestling as The Red Ranger. So I can see him actually doing the ol’ landing on my stomach with his elbow routine & just taking me down. All the way to the hospital or the morgue. So I had a good laugh about that.
