Good on you! You do you, as the kids say, you don’t owe anyone any explanations, you owe yourself a healthy life!

You didn’t mention any groups, & of course as long as whatever works works, it I have a friend in AA, & it works for gas & has for a few years now.

I am not spiritual, & AA is a spiritual program, but I have gone to OA (Overeaters Anonymous) & although the program doesn’t work for me, what I absolutely love (& what does work) about it is the group. This is the only place in the world where everyone there knows exactly what you have gone, is going & will go through. Like, in their bones kind of knowledge, that even your priest, your soulmate or your mother can’t get.

But I tend to get a little overboard about the group. Sorry. The main thing is to keep on keeping on. Congrats, again & keep up the hard work because you’re worth it!
