Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Fourth of July! The day of Independence — and day of barbecue. We celebrate our uniquely American holiday by eating German food (hamburgers and hot dogs), cooked over an open flame as in Africa, and setting off fireworks invented by the Chinese. Like I said, uniquely American.
