Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, is the highest Holy Day of the year for the Jews. This year, Yom Kippur has come and gone, but I am still thinking about it.

We have a prayer book we use for every Saturday, but for two holidays, for Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana (New Year, or literally, the Head of the Year), we use different prayer books. So, why do we bother? The prayers are basically the same, for the most part. But there is one big difference.
