Thank you, you are not alone & you are writing for many of us. It’s so complicated & exhausting, being hungry, eating, thinking about food, money, health, & all of it, twisted together with barbed wire from childhood, held together with razor blades of emotions. But writing helps. Laughing helps (& crying, occasionally). Loving, getting angry, forgiving yourself (that’s a tough one, but also damn important) — letting go of anger. Some people pray. Others meditate. I like a little howling at the full moon now & again. 🤔 In any case, good, honest writing you got going on there. Don’t stop!
